the blade isnt supposed to come past your hips at all, and after that bit demonstration peope would think you have to come right to the stern of the boat with the blade. also its generally better to look where your paddling to rather than where your paddle is else how will you see obstructions etc??

Lets be productive. Terminology is a little,,, off. Torso rotation is pretty cool. The bent elbows will make for more effort than I put in. Choice of demo boats seams strange at first blush but there are more rec boats out there than NDK Greenlander Pro's or Explorers. Legs braced, explaining pushing the boat with your feet and perhaps a skirt would add a little. I suspect this is for beginners and is fine for that purpose. Advanced??? no.

Nice nutcase.... it took me two months to get my gf out of the very novice habit of looking at the "business end" of the paddle.... Great kayak and audio for his demo :)
