The "NEW" program allows for up to $300 dollars forthe replacement of an old oil furnace. The cost to the Homeowner of the pre and post inspections is only a mere $400.00. What "TORY think tank " dreams this stuff up?

Handing money to the third world? It is still being done only now 9 out of 10 dollars is in the form of MILITARY SPENDING. I bet The third world can hardly wait for our new purchase of 100 new battle tanks on their streets. Thanks Harper what would they do with out you.what's another BILLION?

Were you dropped on your head after you were born? What has the Canadian government's purchase of tanks got to do with the third world? The tanks are coming from civilized countries and going to Canadian troops in Afghanistan.

Duh, The stated purpose of the Military action is to allow for safe development in an effort to stabilize the region. The the Tories Can't justify greater role for Canada internationally due to their lack of ability and they have signaled as much with their selection of Peter MacKay as our Foreign Minister. Mr. MacKay,a man who let his Father ELMER dictate his life. How Sad, how very, very, sad,and how very very Tory.

And what I meant before about your Lie-berals handing the Canadian taxpayers' money (the money not stolen by them) to third world dumps is that Trudeau, Chretien, and Martin (especially Chretien and Martin) used to give some of that money to wastelands such as Africa for "development" or to fight AIDS, or to Indonesia because of a little tsunami and to outdo the USA, or to China (the World's fastest growing economy) as "aid".

And whatever deficit that retard, Paul Martin, did cut, it was all due to revenue from the GST.

We all know where the money that goes to any 3rd world country really goes to. The warlords take it for themselves while raping and pillaging their own people.

I'll bet that part of the zillions of dollars the Lie-berals gave away to third world dumps secretly went back to them. In other words, the Lie-berals gave ten million dollars to Africa at some point and Africa gave half of it back to the Lie-berals. Do I have proof? No. Do I need proof? No. After all, we're talking about the same party that repeatedly hid millions of dollars from the Canadian taxpayers.
