Can anyone tell me what the aim of this show is? At first I thought is was a talent show like America's Got Talent, but then I saw that ppl who are already in the entertainment business can also come on the show, like these kids or Charice Penpengco...

this program is where ppl. showcase talents that they have and the celeb judges decide who should stay.. then at the end the audience decides who should win the $. charice was on this show and then got popular...
