great video, keep up the good work

Can you do this standing up?
do this for anterior deltoid. side raise fo the lateral and reverse flies for rear delts. you have to hit all 3 muscles of the the shoulder for good overall development.
Hey thanx, b/c of my shoulder injury, I just can't do press workouts but I have no trouble doing side raise. Is it important to work on rear delts in order to make my shoulders stick out to the side?
no but what happens is one head of the shoulder becomes stronger than the others pulling the shoulder out of place.so you need to train all 3 evenly to prevent injuries. can you bench press? because bench press hits the anterior delt effectively also. so you could bench for the front head side raise for the side. and reverse fly. you could also do front raises but i barely feel those. my anteriors are usually sore from benching or shoulder pressing.
No I can't bench b/c of the very same injury I was talking about. I only do flyes. I'm no bodybuilder but what you said about delts made a lot of sense. This is what I love about you-tube, every now and then you come across s.o knowledgeable instead of 100 of dissers. Thanx again!!
this makes no sense... make your muscles stronger (ie able to lift heavier weight) by going light? to build muscle you need to eat properly and work out sensibly...
How many reps are you going to want to do to build? I mean like 3 sets of like 6,7,then 8? of weight enough to burnout by the end of that set?
wrong, save your advice moron.

25-poundes whahahaha, loser.
