Hey Moron, XPlane is a Flight Sim, not a game. LOMAC's flight model is terrible compared to X-Plane's. Not to mention Xplane models the entire world, whereas you're limited to 'maps' on LOMAC.

this game isn't cool and its not cooler then any games ace combat and lock on is cooler then this games and this isn't A-10 cockpit

This isn't a "game" as much as it is a flight sim. You won't find the flight models nearly as accuarte in Lock on or Ace Comba vs X-Plane. This "Sim" is for aviation guys who love flying for the sake of it and who want authentic cockpits etc for real world instrument practice. Lock on is a more FUN game and has way better graphics...agreed. BUT it's a different genre

How is LOMAC not a sim?

Lockon IS a sim, it's a COMBAT SIM. Nobody's saying it's NOT a sim. What is being said is that XPLANE doesn't feature any COMBAT scenario's. It's an aviators tool "flight Sim". Lockon can be argued is a "Aviators tool "Combat Sim" .. but it's not even very combat sim oritented because avionics (radar, weapons etc) are simplified. Flight vs Combat sim...there is a difference.

ive downloaded different planes but some of them dont work i think im not downloading them correctly but when i go to the plane in the flight sim it shows as a file but there is no fly the plan i can open some of the file but not all of it

hey I know why you have to download the 8.6 version then you can use all the planes ;)
