they fought once in the comics nd spidey would win but they only way was to concentrate all his strength into breaking his neck "cuz u know how wolverine recovers nd unbreakable bonces nd all" but in the end wolverine realized that spiderman was too soft to kill so i guess u could kinda say its a tie :/
