i am currently going into the ninth grade and i cleared 11'1'' as a seventh grader. i am getting stronger and my technique is improving almost every workout. ... oh yeah. and i'm a girl. so you college scouts... if you see this. please keep me in mind. i believe i have potential for much more

My son is in middle school (14 yr old) he's clearing 10' so far with no training other than learning off other vaulters. We haven't got a pole vault coach in our middle school so these videos are awesome!!

safety? an important issue in the vault? My coach said that the two words you'll never hear in pole vault are - Health - and safety. He's an awesome coach.
