He is not the richest man in the world and he does not have 950billions. However, yes he is one of the richest financially, but that is not important. What is more important is that he has the title of being custodian of the Holy Mosques of Makkah the Majestic and Madinah the Radiant. I think whoever has that, they are the richest. :-) He has the privilege of being able to serve the mosques, and insha-Allah he will keep striving for that.
