I forgot something else light does not travel at 299,792,458 miles a second it is 186,282.397 miles per second in a perfect vacuum. you are thinking of meters per second.

The light bulb would move. But the light rays from the bulb would make it seem that they move instantaneously.

not neccesarily if you are speaking about exposure times and frames per seconds. That is how that make a waterfall look like it is smeared and smooth looking. And that is why we have super fast cams to capture more frames per second so when you slow it down you don't have as much jerky look to it with considering exposure times as well. And some software add frames per second when it is slowed down to fill in the gaps most of the time with gaussian blur.

if it was real, i would love to be there but it's fake. using bugs and dust as ghost? thats lame. get rid of anything that has 'orbs' in it. i believe in the paranormal and though i'm not an expert i know a lot about the world of ghost hunting. sorry
