A lot of people still disagree with his non violence principles. but it really doesnt matter as they too will learn some day. As our Mahatma asked forgiveness from God also for the people who hated him. love all was his motto.

For me Mahatma Gandhi is God. He showed us the path of non violence & truth.

somewhat but not fully. if you think violenece succeeds, look at i/raq, afghanistan and ask is it always worth it however i do believe in in defending oneself like india does against radicals. i am not a gandhi follower, i just respect his contribution to india.

sorry i came across rude. people like gandhi was one in a billion. you can take all the bhagat singhs, other sikh, muslim and hindu freedom fighters and you will realize they were successfully squahsed by the british. gandhi unified and motivated more people than all of em put together. his theory of appealing to the british humane side, causing inconvenience regarding their exports to india because indians were buying more domestic cotton and other items was very successful and has to be resp.
