fuck the carwash. just take a bath in a pond

hahaha what where those philles for?
hummers rule yea 5 star
Bullsh*t ... it's all about the breather pipes on the diffs .... you can run and ordinary exhaust underwater as long as the engine does not stop running, but max wading depth is all about how high the breather tubes are
that too
Although what I did miss is the Air intake ... that too needs to be high, but in the HUMMER's it's up there anyway - wonder why they didn't go the whole hog with the breathers?
yea, if there water in the engine then your screwed, usually a re build or worse, a new engine would be required. But when i said all that needs to be above the water is the intake, i just ment the engine. I know if alot of water gets on the clutch and its starts to slip, well then you have problems, but i guess thats why most 4x4 have a completly sealed gearbox.
If you get water into that engine - it will be destroyed.
That is why USMC HUMVEE have raised air intake and exhaust pipes.
Sure, but only either with a air intake snorkel or lifting the whole rig 4-8 inches up.
still cheaper then forking out the cash for a hummer.
