The basic idea behind the work emerged from my love for New York City. It's a dancer's declaration of love for New York and the different spaces within its domain that influenced my movement. Specifically, Solo with NY(City)7 explores 7 places that are uniquely NY. These include: 1) the View from my Balcony, 2) the Upper East Side 3) Central Park 4) Times Square, 5) the NY Subway, 6) Wall Street Bull and 7) the View from Long Island. Each section of the film can be viewed, individually, they can be viewed all one after the other or the viewer can just choose the locations that interest them.

Yeah, it s fun to dance with New York but the security stopped me afterwards......
