I think that we will see the centurions rebel against the humlons in season 4. The humlons are starting to become too human and i think the rest of hte machines might start to realize it and eradicate the humlons.

That and the fact that they look pretty stupid. They don't plan their tactics terribly well, they just kind of strut out and start machine gunning inaccurately. Except for the ones that found that bomb on the Algae planet...
