DID HE?? Kremer wasn't credited as "Graphic Art{ist}" on these catoons for nothing, '12'. He drew almost every "Casper" comic book story (with assistance from his wife Grace), for Harvey Publications, for over two decades. His obituary in the N.Y. TIMES a few years back told part of his story....

In most of Warren Kremer's comic book stories, Casper does seem to be in "super-hero" mode when he tries to help people and small animals....Norma MacMillan and Bradley Bolke provide most of the voices here.

Did Warren Kremer really did work on the Casper comic books?

Oh, MAN! I loved Casper on Romper Room when I was young back in the '60's! I never DID understand why he was so lonely, though. He was a GHOST! He could fly, and NO one could hurt him! He could'a been the BEST super-hero around! LOL
