Star Trek: Enterprise Opening - Season 1 and 2

This is possibly the only modern tv opening thats magical! Same with 21 Jump Street, Moonlighting n such.

I can criticise something i've been a long time fan of, and i'll tell you its a complete waste too, and theres not one damn thing you can do but either stand and argue or ignore me.

I think ENT was good, dont get me wrong. But it could have been so much more. Personally I think its main weakness was in the timeframe, why did they set it in a time when absoloutely bugger all was going on? Why not set it a couple of decades later and tell the story of the federation being formed? instead we god this Xindi Klingon Fusion which was rather poor.

Ent is the worst of the trek series for man reasons, first tv drama (dot) com does a generally good critique of the show, showing how it could have been improved. Its the inconscitency and the insulting attitude Braga and Berman showed to fans that is really dubious... Not to mention, what are you talking about? Just a few years from the time of Enterprise was the Earth-Romulan War, there should have been PLENTY going on at this point in the history of Trek.

The first time I heard the opening...I didn't know what to think. But I quickly came to like it alot. It captures so much about the themes in Star Trek so much, that we as humans may not be the smartest race, or the strongest or even the most cunning, but the crew of the enterprise has always comes through because of their unsurmountable conviction. TNG will always be my favorite, but Enterprise is a close second, just so much more easy to relate to the characters.

So you would commit Mass Genocide with Archer eh? Please, pay attention to what you're watching, it is so unbelievably inconsistant its not even funny.

Don't blame Sussman for the mistakes Berman & Braga made. The majority of Sussman's episodes were highlights not only of Enterprise but of Trek in general. It was Sussman, along with Manny Coto, who made the series really start getting good. Alas, it was too little, too late by the time; the viewers had already started tuning out. :/
