Thank U SOOO much BBBmarko. I've been searching for comparison performance figures of the two b/c i couldn't figure out why go w/ the GT when the GT2 is much cheaper and possibly bettr performer.

no probs. basically the Carrera GT will give an immesurable amount of last minute grunt but the 911 GT2 will kick ass for acceleration - most likely win in a drag.

GT2's are going for 250K on ebay, and the reserve hasn't been met yet! that's like buying a GT3 and Turbo, and still having money left over!! HOW good could the GT2 possibly be to justify that?!

Thats insane. Its not even worth 250K. Its fast and handles AMAZING. No wonder MotorTrend chose the 911 Turbo or GT3 for Best Handling Car of Year.

the GT2 is great, i don't think no one will argue against it. BUT, it's not worth $250K+...you're paying a HUGE premium for Porsche making only a very few.

Exactly. Why did they under power this. Did he say 480HP. These GT2's are supposed to have 530HP.

How many horsepower does the gt2 have? Is it faster than the turbo or the gt3 rs?
