Silly comment!...Stalin was not trying to invade England and the horrors of Stalins human rights transgressions did not come to full light until Kruchchev allowed it. Churchill knew that Stalin was no saint but I think you need to consider the time and the context under which this alliance was formed...what did Churchill have to consider as part of his decision...just like Coventry etc.

Well, George Bush Sr. was Reagan's vice president and he was elected president after Reagan's term was over. George Bush Sr. was a pretty good president, he was a fighter pilot during WWII, and later became a Texas oil company executive. George Bush's dad was certainly smarter than Bill Clinton, the only reason Clinton won against him in 1992 was because the independet candidate, Ross Perot, took a large portion of the conservative vote.
