I'm pretty sure Behati was being sarcastic. It was a joke because it wasn't all that complicated so it was a sarcastic remark, that's all. However, walking in 4 inch heels and your underwear on a slippery runway on national TV probably is a wee bit harder than it looks...but I can't imagine that it's "tricky".
