i would suggest to all verizon's customers if they could cancel their account specially on DSL internet connection... tech support agents were not friendly. they became more irate when they were called for assistance.. i called them several times but my computer still had connection problem... pointless and frustrating to use the service because i always tried to pay my bill on time but the service was not best..

VERIZON WIRELESS SUCKS ASS! Switch to ATT like me!... Rated #1 in Coverage, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Cell Phone Quality, and the Nicest support over all companies. The ATT tech support is a bunch of pushovers...they will seriously do whatever I ask them to!

Or switch from att to Verizon like me! We're fed up with att's bad service! I got my son's text saying he was engaged, 20 hours after he sent it! We love Verizon!

Verizon wireless Sucks, they are billing for broadband services I never used. Avoid these bastards at all costs. I use to have cell phone service with them and had a lot of droped calls. I hate this company
