UGLYYYYY...i liked the old wrx. my fav car and now this kills it

Look for that one so - 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Wagon AWD

The new wrx is for adults who drive fast. They want to grow out of just teens who buy it. The wrx keeps the performance while changing the body style so it won't look so agressive. Adults just don't look right driving the old wrx. This car is just right because you can drive it to places not having to worry about what people might think about you while still owning the streets. Also if you goto your girlfriend's house driving the old wrx, what do u think her parents will think?

I don`t understand why everyone complains about the new looks of the car !!! I just got mine like 2 months ago ! I allso had the 04 and 06 models and its way better than both !!! every change they made was not for the public it was for the wrc , and ppl if u have ever had a subaru be4 u should know theyre not made 4 the looks but 4 the technology !

yes you are right!!! subaru wrx sti is a really good car! and i like its looking too... aww its perfomance rocks. i think this color is good but i like the dark blue one too. you?

A post from a fellow enthusiast in another video said it best: "i reckon subaru have done it to get rid of all the showy twats that seem commonplace with the saloon and the radical change signifies an attempt to only attract the old faithful, those who really know what the car is and what it is capable of achieving" This is beside the fact that Subaru re-designed the car to have a shorter front/rear overhang and a wider stance for a lower polar moment of inertia, which is integral in WRC.

It does look a LITTLE bit better in person... But it still doesn't look really exciting or aggressive. It doesn't look mean, like the old Sti's did. It looks kind of puffy and friendly. However, the interior is really nice. It's nice to sit in. Not so nice to look at. Not worth $40K, that's for sure.

i dont know man , if you look at it from the back in person , the car looks so wide and hunkered down and aggressive with fat tires.

genYprogressive do you watch the WRC at all? The cars that race in the rally have to look exactly like the cars that are sold to the public and they must sell a certain amount to the public before they are allowed to race the car... not like NASCAR Ford Fusion and the street Ford Fusion...

Yes I realize that and I know that the EVOs and STis are rally inspired but they are no rally cars....And I still think the hatch decision is a poor attempt to broaden the market that will backfire.
