While the Rod Stewart version is better, the Russell Watson version is more fitting for the TV show.

Has anyone noticed that you can see the astronaut's footstep just as he sings strength of the soul? Maybe it's "strength of the sole"?

Russell Watson singing the theme is much better! I fell in love with him do to the season premiere. There just isn't the same emotions and pull.

Better... much better. Shame they didn't dig a little deeper into the paramount pockets for this version. Or do something else entirely.

i don't know what half of these comments have been about, but russell watson performed the song for the enterprise series. this poster ripped off the video footage and put rod stewart's version on it. geesh.
