Dreamweaver - 6 - Formatting Links

If i made a link to a secondary page but i want the same format of tabs at the top as the main page, like a navigation bar and that just the content of the page changes, how do i do that?

i love your dreamweavers videos, but put in a video how to get the heading category, and the links category in the page properties

How did you get the webrowser to open up everytime you click F12?

i got a question. how come when i open the page propertites the category part dont have the ''Links'' and ''Headings'' which you have it there? is there a way i can set it? and how?
