It was terrible what they did to Mrs Thatcher in 1990. When I was 6, I remember bits about John Major and of coures the 1997 elections, that was a very big day.

Although the Tories won the 1992 general election, only just admittedly, we have never recovered from this treacherous period in our parties history.

I am a ex miner from Derbyshire and I am sick of people asking me why we didnt strike, remember we are not as tough as those miners from Yorkshire and Wales plus Maggie was a scary lady back then, we were already controled by our wifes and mothers, we thought one more woman controling us wouldnt hurt. Out of principle we didnt have principles and thats why I am a ex miner but a proud Derbyshire man too
