I am a big grey's fan. also a big fan of chris... I watched this episode and didnt even realize that was him in the backround! :)

for an artist like Chris on a label like his, this is *exactly* what he wants and needs. usually the going rate for a sound sample on Grey's Anatomy and some of the other big named shows, etc is around $900 per clip for the rights to use the song, so for a very small clip he probably made a good go. when Desperate Housewives used Better Than Ezra's "Juicy" last season the band earned over $6,000 just from it's use in their comercial and on the DVD. not bad yay for Chris!
