No, she isn't a teenager. She was 6 years old when she was in Monster House. Her DOB is April 24, 1998 so she is currently 10 years old.

I was watching this movie in gym today and I knew that voice sounded familar. I was right too. It was Mitchel Musso who plays the voice of DJ.

This was an animated movie. Ryan is the voice of the little blond girl riding her tricycle in the beginning of the movie. But Ryan herself didn't have blond hair, if you watch the Special Features on the Monster House DVD.
