Kata is the best part of karate, no you wouldn't use a kata in a fight but you could well use the techniques used in them. And what if it did take them weeks to but that together, they are improving their techniques at the same time so then what is wrong with the fact that it probably took them ages to put together.

macktheknife888 u obvisly dnt kno the purpose of katas ,and u cant say all ballet dancers kick faster (one reoson,they dnt kick to fite or defend or 2 cause damage)and its globilizing same wit saying all boxers are faster punchers,(btw hate boxing) awesum vid timing an techniqe was amazing
