Pole Vault 2

actually the grip you should reach up as high as you can with the pole straight up, the move 5 hands up the pole, as for the other hand, hold the pole with one hand on the pole ands the other end of the pole on the ground, on an angle, pull the pole back, and your un-dominant hand should line up with your armpit. i have been vaulting for 1/2 of a season, and with that grip, and alot of speed, i am clearing 12'6" not even lying... good luck everyone!
