Horror Hotel - 1961 - Christopher Lee (Part 2 of 8)

The three older actors; the priest, Selwyn and Jethro are obviously stage actors, they have such a commanding presence, their body language and those rich powerful voices really add to the quality of this great film,and the younger actors are great too...and then there's Christopher Lee, my favorite actor as a little kid and to this day. Mr Lee is cool city :)

You know, I know Mr. Lee is supposed to be the bad guy here, but every other guy is such an asshole (esp. this tool boyfriend of the blonde girl) that I'm rooting for Lee to take them out.

Witches were not burned at the stake...but drowned. It was drowning that was the choice and test for witch craft, if you drowned you were innocent if you survived you were a witch. Well we all know the outcome of all ...hehehhehheheh

This is my all time favorite horror flick! I loved it as a child so much. Thank you for sharing it. Blessings

Supposedly plenty of non-Witches were also burned at the stake. (Angry town's people, the true monster!) My favorite thing about this film, aside from Mr. Lee is the atmosphere. Tons of fog!

Lol now We Witches don't drink blood but unfortunately many of Us did burn at the stake. Grins nice fog:) Lol I always get a kick out of the concecrated ground bit,like witches are gonna burn if tey step on it giggles.
