Passion OBC - Loving You

I remember reading somewhere that Donna Murphy's performance was "emotionally naked" and I didn't understand what it meant until I saw this clip. She puts herself out there, her soul and her emotions for all the world to see. In my opinion, that is what an actor should go for everytime.

This never gets old and the acting is what every actor aspires to be able to possess! The phrasing alone is incredible.

I have watched my DVD of "Passion" too many times to count, yet I am newly amazed at Donna Murphy's "Fosca" every time. She is truly amazing in every scene.

You hate and pity Fosca at the same time. You hate her because she's creepy, obsessive, and never knows when to lay off. But you can't help but pity her for her terrible condition and selfless love. Donna Murphy in this role is perfection.
