The Days of Our Lives (Freddie's 61st Birthday Special)

Im 50 straight female mother of 2 adult sons. My youngest son is gay. Don't get me wrong, Im not chanting "yeah yeah yeah, my son is gay," but I love him more than I regret his lifestyle. He is a wonderful man I would hate to think that my narrowmind has left me without him. I know he can contract AIDS easily, but no more than a single straight person.Freddie Mercury had his life and it should have been his. If alive today, he would quote Billy Joel "Go ahead with your own life, leave me alone."

Well I am religious for one, still love Freddie and I think even Jesus enjoys his music. (And I'm not that bloody sure that Freddie is in hell afterall. We all have sins. People who protest against homosexuals are siners aswell.)
