Okay, so last month I took a MENSA admission test. When I was telling people about this many asked what MENSA was and how I found about it.
MENSA is an organization for people who test to have an IQ of 132 or higher. I really found about it by watching Stargate Atlantis. This is the clip when I found out about it.
It's funny because Sheppard (guy with the spikey hair) is the leader of his team and is the warrior-type character and McKay (the other guy) is a brilliant scientist who is super smart and has to always fix some technical thing to save everyone's life at the last minute. McKay is taken back that a guy like Sheppard is so smart.
So here I submit my nerdness in video form. Enjoy.
ps...by the way, I passed my MENSA test.

Actually, Mensa doesn't use a set IQ score for membership. You have to be in the top 2%, so the minimum IQ score fluctuates.
I passed the MENSA test also, though I'm thinking maybe it was just a REALLY good day for me. :P Good to know I'm as smart as Shepard though... :)
Is Stargate Atlantis a movie?
its a show moron
I believe that MENSA promotes an unfair class system based on circumstances largely beyond our control, I therefore intend to establish an equivalent non-profit organization to redress the balance of this bias towards intellectual elitism, DENSA.. and I hereby appoint myself messiah of the morons, emperor of imbecility, swami of stupidity and president of the profoundly dim-witted.
Upon successful completion of a simple word-search, applicants to DENSA can brush shoulders with the likes of Jade Goody, Kevin Federline, and many other high profile low forehead types.
f'en nerd u make sga a nerdy show
What's wrong with intellectual elitism?
132 is the lowest possible passing score? Suprising. You'd think it would be higher. You have to have the top 2%tile in the world, right?
Oh yesh, congratulations on passing. ^_^ Did you accept the offer to become a member?
I did for the first year, but I did not renew my membership. I really don't have enough time to be involved enough that was worth dues. It was a challenge that I wanted to see if I could pass, and I did! Thanks for asking!
