is this the film playing through, or is this just clips. There is a lot missing from this cartoon in just the short clip.

Is that tinted? Otherwise I'd think it's an amber Kodak Cinegraph standard 8mm print. Cinegraphs dissapeared way before Super 8.

i do believe it is a Kodak Cinegraph-I found it in an old kodak tin in my parents attic
