is this for under shoulder??? or for muscle???

The exhaling and inhaling is not clear. Sometimes I inhale when I should exhale. But I am going to try it tonite at California Fitness here in Bangkok Panta Rei

You're probably straining. Make sure you don't engage in a "shrugging" motion at all, that means you're engaging your trapezius to help swing the weight up which means that you're violating the intended motion and taking stress off the lateral deltoid(the target muscle of this exercise)and straining your shoulders right around your neck since that's not really how you want to load your trapezius Deltoids are small, you won't be able to do much weight compared to big muscles, that's how it is
