To Blitzkrieg: The US Marines call all their 53s by the CH nominclature because the Navy has the MH designator for the Minesweeping mission. The MH has no drop tanks. USAF uses different designators.

that was beast. ya gotta test the durability of a h-53. but why does every1 call em ch-53s? what if theyre multi-mission (mh-53) and not carrying cargo (ch-53)?
