Speak not evil of the tech support drone. As a veteran of the Apple support bunker in Austin, I learned the cruel, cruel irony of the fact that "the scope of support of level 1 tech support is the scope of support for the product", yet strangely the "scope of support for the product is the scope of support for the product".
