True, the ears are similar, but that was just the style popularized by Disney. That's like saying all Japanese animation series ripped off Osamu Tezuka's big eyes and expressions. If you look at other 1930's black-and-white cartoons, you see many similarities in the styles. That's just how people liked to draw back then.
