You're kidding, they only charge $20 a credit for public colleges in CA? That is unbelievably low. My other problem with him is that he refuses to allow any drilling off the coast of CA. yet their public transportation system is non existent except in the cities. California is a huge state, alot of people are leaving due to an unfriendly tax environment. They are re-locating to Vegas and other cities.

California has a HUGE tax base, and there are fees for anything. This is the only state I've seen where you have to pay for a state license for EVERY single trade and occupation out there. They take in a HUGE amount of money for the state, and the state is not able to manage its finances right. They overcharge on things they shouldn't charge for, and undercharge for things they should charge serious money for. I think it all stems from the unrealistic, space-cadettish mindset of Californians...
