Always find it odd the way in the USA that accused and victims of crimes go on TV to give their side of the story, it would appear to me that everybody tries to muddy the waters before a trial so that the pool of potential jurors hears things that are inadmissable in court and favour their version of events

if the case turns out to be as weak in court as the press is reporting, nifong should be forced to resign.

well detaild

Nifrog encouraged the stripper to lie for political reasons. Based on the 60 minute report his lineup is at the minimum unethical probaly criminal. The one player wasnt even there when the "rape" occured, he was at an ATM! Indict NIFRONG. He has no DNA, and no case. Even the other stripper, his lone witness says the other dancer is lying.

the odds are against the stripper because she's changed her story, her desecriptions of what the accused look like. The other stripper says the police report isn't accurate of what the woman said. The prosecutor took the case to the media without examining the facts of the case, and is still trying to go ahead with this? Let's hope that justice is served and this prosecutor and lying stripper get jail time

I saw the show and was appalled that they've even let this go to trial. I don't care what color anyone of them is, the evidence is overwhelming in favor of the students. Not to mention the "victim",she's so unreliable it's just ridiculous. My hope is that not only will the young men be exonerated, she will go to prison for lying under oath. Screaming rape when it hasn't happened makes it that much harder for the women who actually get raped to come forward. Shame on her.

The term "white boy" is rather offensive, please stop referring to them like that. You know it would be wrong if it were the other way around too.

Yeah, the odds are against the stripper...rape is one of the toughest crimes to prove...very very hard, I hope justice is served in the end too! My hearts goes out to all of them! Note to everyone: Thanks for keeping the comments in here mature!

Nifong should be charged with a crime.

good job
