i think your confusing muay thai with muay boran were the head is legal, but its not practiced any more

you cant use your head to hit your opponent in muay thai. Only arms, elbows, knees, top of the hen step, and side of the feet.

I'm a big fan of mma, boxing and muay thai but i really hate it when they put kids to fight.

in the older forems yes the head si a tall but it is really seen in mordern fights (boxing is so outdated)
