Indias TATA motor bought Land Rover and Jaguar from Ford for $2.4 billion...now! we put the Range in the Rover...

wow ! we have this car. we dont use it for country roads or anything. we use it as our normol car and its really nice. much better than our mercedes. its really smooth to drive in and if we ever go far distances its so nice to relax. and the tinned windows are fav. theirs nothing doughtful about this car. its got everything someones looking for.

why did you buy it then? a land rover is for off roading if you wanted a road suv why not a ml or an x5?

O well ! because its a smart car ! because maybe we like it, it dont have to be for off roading ! and so what if its meant to be.

i agree i probably wouldn't use it for offroading either. i don't think i would want a 55k car go get it scratched offroading. if i wanted an offroading SUV i'd get a jeep wrangler.

Igzactly. This cars to expensive to go off roading and gettting it scratched.

300 horse power? not really, they are standard 190...whats he on about? Jaguar V8? the one he has got is a V6 HSE... anybody can explain that? BUt he he right about the last thing he says...

I know this is old, but the V8 HSE really has 300 horse power at 4.4 liter...and i like my LR3..that's all.

Company has recently been bought out by TATA of India. The car is definitely a statement of fashion, I would guess only 1% here in the UK actully get used fully for off road work. Our winters are mild too...snow is rare here.
