Learning to Pole Vault

hahahaha i love watching beginners vault

i learned to pole vault today in practice and i cleared 8 feet. this week im gonna compete in my county JV meet and hopefully varsity if i qualify. (its 9 feet to qualify)

15. im a sophomore (going into junior year) and pretty young for my grade

oh Okay i am 11 and i can jump 2.5m high on my second training session

lmao. great filmiing when they show the bar, and then zoom out to show it's only at like 6 ft lmao. and the jump was so bad that it didnt ev en make it to the bar. lol. i know your just kidding and stuff. hope u learned how.
