Is this based off of the halo 3 machinima series by digitalph33r, did he copy the name, is Deus Ex Machina on halo 3 a lie?!?!?!

deus ex machina is just a term used meaning... a timely occurance that resolves all given problems in a storyline. e.g. a maricle basically i think it is coincidence

and it means: "god from a machine" :P

I made the same mistake when I saw the name and the powers. Still, I know a guy who did start filming a short based on that game, though the idea is very likely to be abandoned already: watch?v=5McPS5t6Pi4 The Warren Spector game, the Halo machinima... hundreds of people get confused on what this is about, incluiding me XD Anyway, Im eager to see it finished(presumably very soon right?)
