Today, US State Secretary Condoleezza Rice will arrive to Ankara with an official visit.
The crisis in the Turkish-Iraqi border is one of the issues in the agenda of the meetings with the President of Turkey Abdullah Gul and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan.
According to the Speaker of the State Secretariat, Condoleezza Rice is to present both the position of Washington around the Ankara's program of starting military operations against the Kurd rebels in North Iraq and suggestions of the peaceful solution of that issue.
But the analytics do not have big expectations from the visit of US State Secretary.
