well whatever it is, it's surprisingly beautiful. there's the great color, with how long and flexible it is. I love it!

ok people, it's not a Smoothhound. This Shark has no anal fin, like a dogfish. Smoothhounds are requiem Sharks and therefore have an anal fin.

Dogfish will swim to the surface if they smell chum and even come out of the water to grab baited hooks being reeled in.

Cool shots, what kind of camera do you use, and how do you get it to pan up and down?

It was a tiny ROV two gentlemen from Maine, USA, brought up here in 2000 to film the living ocean bottom before it was trawled to death. The camera had a tilt. Greatest bottom video ever in Canada and proves trawling is killing the oceans not seals :)
