If that's what it's like to be married I'm glad that I'm not!!!! Does anybody know the title of the Daffy/Porky/Barnyard Dawg one where Porky keeps throwing Daffy in the deep freeze and the Barnyard Dawg keeps letting Daffy out of the deep freeze??????

Just picking up on that conversation about Daffy's personality change--- Chuck Jones just sort decided out of nowhere around 1950 or so to change Daffy from a light, carefree nutjob into a frustrated greedhead. (It seems the other directors took a few years to pick up on the new Daffy) I think the Jones Daffy is a very funny character, but I wish it was some other duck, because I really miss the character seen here. He's much more likeable.

It's true but even in Looney Tune Land, don't you think that character developement is a great thing? =D

D new duck is not crazy or cool or anything like the old one, is just STUPID and a total loser; and everybody always kicks his ass...

I agree daffy is more socially angry than he used to be back when he had those huge eyes

That probably explains why he is so crazy nowadays. lol!

Had a girlfriend somewhat like her, only instead of being militaristic and pissy all the time, she whined and cried, and could be pissy....added up to the same thing, though. I understand how Daffy feels. I haven't seen this one in ages.

My cousin has this cartoon on DVD. Daffy did a great magic trick with the egg.

My ex used to always say "Yes m'love" when I wouls nag at him to get off his lazy bottom. This one of my all time favorite cartoons.

A lot of these old cartoons have clear examples of husbands being physically and/or mentally abused.
