There is no doubt that he is American puppet but you have to remember one thing is that any future president of Afghanistan who ever they are will live under American hands because if not Afghanistan will once again influenced by Pakistan and Taleban. Afghan do not want war any more we have seen war for more 40 years, we are tired of war.

war might not be the solution. But submittance is not an option for Afghans. Because the very essence of Afghanhood is the resist submission to foreign aggressors.

you are wrong brother. Karzai is not like Shah Shuja. Shah Shuja was patriotic and muslim to a certain extend as after he took control of the country with british forces he prayed for departure of the british and liberation of Afghanistan. Karzai and Karmal on the other hand are great talkers. They both share the talent of giving great moving speaches. But they dont have any human dignity and any values except hunger for power en wealth.

I will be agree with you in some of your points and will say not totally but if you think properly and analyse him apparantly in a large scale he has been brought by the foreign troops and was not chosen by the majority afghans. He share the foreign reliance attitude with shahshuja,,

95% of Afghans today support Karzai and his policies of paving the way for a better education, economy, army and police, better standards of live in rural Afghanistan and most importantly paving the way for a breand new generation of Afghan leaders from different background to take Afghanistan to a much higher levels. If by doing his job her needs to co ordinate and work with the foreign experts and in someways put up with the foreigners pushing their own interest in Afghanistan then be it.

you are gossiping sir ! the report of amnesty international and human rights's watch dogs from the year 2007 prevail the facts differently and they explained in it that the Karzai government has been failing to organize the right administrative princips and failed to serve its own people.they have also said that it could be difficult for mr. Karzai to regain the people's trust.

i would like to say that west should not indulge themselves in american interest.WAr in aghanistan is the war to mantian american imperialisem.American and some westren countries should teach teach democracy to other.They themselves have distroy and pock their noses in the affair of other countries simply to disrupt them and currpet thier system...america and some westren countries consider their interest first rather them democracy and peace..long live free afghanistan and its people..peace
