this was my 1st derby aged 9. remember the fans locked out of the game broke the gates down at the north stand next to the main stand and loads got in. the attendance that day at maine road was 63,000. i had a quire of football pinks trying to make pocket money "HALF TIME SCORES, RACING RESULTS" how could i forget that day. lived on kippax street at the time. go on city!!
