Cab Calloway in Betty Boop cartoon

Between 1:46 and 1:57 it reminds me of Look Who's Talking 2 where Mikey is watching it on tv. I never really watched Betty Boop... I only had 2 episodes on a vhs tape. Betty Boop annoyed me when I was little lol. Also, it wasn't on for me at the time cuz I'm 18 now.
