Good job. I reach high in the air when I jump up. I try and get a good 4 inches of air with every spring. It can be tiring. Check mine out and tell me what you think.

lol I started doing them when I saw Ross too lol. He really is inspiration to alot of people. Good job on 2 solid minutes.

You know what might help, if you rotate as you do it. I usually do 10 facing north, 10 facing east, west, south etc etc till it starts hurtin good. Just breaks it up a bit.

Sounds like a good idea that to add some rotational work in on each and every rep to better work the entire body..

the jump is fine but the pace is slow, burpees are meant to be done at an explosive pace. my personal best is 100 in 5:20.

Not bad to say I had a chest infection and I was more after a continual movement than explosiveness.

2 minutes and 33. for people looking for a good work out I would recommend either 2 set or just straight 50
