This was aired for Children in Need 2005. The tenth incarnation of The Doctor re-introduces himself to Rose and goes a bit bonkers after absorbing the time vortex. Fun fun fun! Scene before The Christmas Invasion, basically.

I totally agree! But I think the reason it looks even worse on him is partly due to it being rather to large and partly because we're used to seeing him in much more stylish things! :)
Heh,too true. I mean, don't get me wrong Chris was a good Doctor, and sometimes I miss him in the role, and the 2nd Doctor himself did once say--"Appearance isn't everything you know."
It's just that we've been used to see the Doctor wear interesting and stylish things,I still think Chris should've worn something different and better like a black victorian outfit. Ah well.
yea she comes back anyway. well for a bit, then sh has to go back, but still gets a part human doctor, so she can be with him for the rest of her life(and his)
CT is absolutely fantastic in dr who, the best companion by far!!
yea Eccleston was really good, but Tennant is better. i love how much energy he has, the way he can go dashing round the tardis, and the way he can explain things 'at 90 mph' (school reunion)
Catherine Tate is brilliant in Dr Who!! in one of the last episodes when someone asks who she is she says, 'im donna, im a human being, maybe not the stuff of legend but still just as important as time lords, thank you'
I agree, I wasn't looking forward to her when I heard she was the new companion, but she really grew on me- I like her almost as much as I did Billie- Donna was such a great character, and a much needed break from the unslaught of companions getting vague romance from the Doctor (Freema and Kylie) which was belittling the whole Doctor/Rose thing. Plus she was just awesome! Plus she could actually act, unlike Freema (god I hope she doesn't go on Torchwood full-time)
Somebody has posted it. You can see it on youtube (the Christmas invasion)
This scene really helps explain why Rose lost confidence in him later (in the Xmas invasion). He was so looney, and there was no one to explain wtf happening. Doesn't seem too trustworthy in this scene, does he? If you don't know him?
She forgot at the time but by 'Doomsday' was able to tell the Cult O' Skaro Daleks, 'I met the Emperor. And I took the Time Vortex and I pulled it into his head and turned him into dust. Do you get that? The God of all Daleks... and I destroyed him.'
I may, of course, have missed/forgotten a reference (in the TV show or other media) to the Doctor properly briefing her later... or her memory of the event returning to some degree.
